Will these products work for my skin type?

J4JAYS was made for use with all skin types by centering sensitive skin first. Patch testing is always a good idea as well as looking at the information within the product section for any known allergies. No unnatural additives are used in J4JAYS formulas.

What happens after ordering?

Once your order is confirmed it will be packed for delivery and made ready for postage within 1-3 business days.

In the case of any abnormal delays you will be notified. Our aim at J4JAYS is for the order process to be as easy as counting to 3.

How long will delivery take?
  • UK orders within 3 business days after order has been sent.
  • US/CA It is currently a 7- 10 business day turnaround due to the extra customs checks etc.
  • Europe on average 5-8 business days
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes orders placed online will contain an invoice. 

Can I tell you if something goes wrong with my order?
